Your life is all about sport so you want to give your best and enjoy it for years? You’re a pro and want to avoid injuries and elevate your performance? Or you are just a sport enthusiast and want to support your sports life? In all those cases you are in the right place. Through AS PIP system, we help athletes give their 100% through designing a tailored system, ensuring you’re 100% ready when the competition starts. 

There are a few rules I follow to make it possible to control the chaotic environment of sport,. These rules are:

• Follow evidence-based practice standards – this helps me choose between eye-catching interventions and truly effective ones, so we use our most precious asset, time, wisely. It also keeps me within the boundaries of my competency so the purpose of the system remains clear.

• Education at the center of the system – educating athletes and the coaches about the interventions we use and the effects of our work makes all the difference. It is correlated with higher motivation, greater involvement in the process, and better outcomes.

• Coaching – providing athletes with a philosophy that makes them better through an improved approach to rest, training, nutrition, mental health, and performance.

• Highest communication standards – this is a must. There is no success without it. Being fully aware of this, I pay extra attention to communication, using the right tools to make it possible online.

• Set the goal, plan, execute, analyze, repeat – each journey starts with setting the goal using the SMART goals approach. Then I make sure we have a solid plan to get there, including possible obstacles and detours. Next comes execution and analysis of the outcomes. By repeating this process over and over, we eventually reach the ultimate long-term goal, which is:

Training plan fit to your goal specific to your sport/activity, physical health, time capacity and time of the season/year

Mobility/prevention plan included

In case there are some injury prevention interventions needed they gonna be included in your training programme. However if there is any mobility issue, we will plan your workouts the way it’s also covered.

Performance analysis

Analysis of the performance based on your workout videos. By discussing the analysis on the consultations we make sure your performance and the technique stay on the highest level.

Multidisciplinary approach

Multidisciplinary approach thanks to cooperation with other specialists like Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Dieticians, Orthopaedists and Massage Therapists.

Multifactorial monitoring

Monitoring of the training load, progression, well-being and objective physical health factors. Thanks to collecting the data nothing escapes our attention.

Injury prevention supervision

Supervision in injury prevention accordingly to the functional tests,  physiotherapeutic examination and your medical history. Basing on these data, we can actively work on prevention of the injuries and keep you healthy and ready to give your best.

Advices in the field of Mental training and Nutrition

Each athlete should be aware of how much the mental training and nutrition can affect their performance. On the higher levels of competition this is a game-changer and a must-have.

Improvement in recovery, sleep quality and stress reduction

The same as your performance can be enhanced, your well-being can be as well. The best athletes are those who can also rest properly and know how to handle the emotions – the biggest part of each sport. Learn the relaxations techniques, improve your sleeping hygiene and start using the most efficient recovery methods.

Professional performance tests in person possible

There is a possibility to appoint for the performance tests in person to fit the plan to your needs even better. Objective tests such as: accelerometer profiling, max strength and explosiveness tests, speed and endurance.

Make the first step and purchase one of our AS PIP system plans or contact us via contact form or e-mail. In both cases we'll contact you to discuss our cooperation.

Few questions about yourself

Once we got our cooperation plan, you'll receive a questionnaire about your past training experience, health and diet. Moreover we'll also ask about your expectations and goals.

Book your first consultation

Once we got some information about you, it's time to build your system and have the first consultation. During the consultation the system will be discussed, additional questions answered and the short term goals set up. Everything online!

Time to reach your goals

Now comes time for your work and our analysis. You follow the plan, we're adjusting it accordingly to the data collected during the rehab trainings. On the consultations you share your experience and we discuss together how to make your system even more efficient.

The programme i followed was very well developed and was able to save me from all the injuries during the season. I was in perfect shape and collected a bronze medal in national championship.

I had been struggling with chronic patellar tendinitis for over 18 months with no real progress, despite trying multiple programs. Working with Adam over a structured 3-month rehab completely changed that – I’m now virtually pain-free and back to Olympic weightlifting after more than a year away. Our program included weekly 30-minute video check-ins, where we adjusted the plan step by step: starting with resistance work, then eccentric training, adding plyometrics, and finally reintroducing weightlifting. This gradual progression was both challenging and effective, and Adam’s flexibility in adapting the program whenever pain lingered made all the difference.
